Periodic property inspection

Visiting the property regularly is the core essence of our services. Our team members keep visiting the property in routine manner at regular intervals and at different hours of the day. All our visits are kept in record with information to the owner. A checklist of every visit is prepared and shared with owner. It is ensured that all the taps, electrical switches are off. All drains are checked and kept clear. This is the most important feature of our service. Compulsory visits are done during rainy seasons, so as to make sure that no drains are choked, no seepage and no water accumulation in and around the property.
